          Responsibilities: 1.?????According to the long-term development goals and overall strategy of the company, participate in the formulation of operation and development strategy, and optimize on human resource strategy, incentive mechanism, organization construction and implementation of the strategy to support business growth 2.?????Responsible for the overall management of human resources functions, and promoting organizational capabilities by understanding the business requirements and business directions 3.?????Responsible for building talent echelons, recruitment, selection, evaluation, development and talent review of middle and high-level, core teams and top managements 4.?????Formulate and organize the implementation of staff grade system and training system to improve staff professional ability and management leadership. 5.?????Responsible culture construction, performance development and incentive mechanism construction, effectively improve the competitiveness of the organization by setting-up modernizing HR process 6.?????Make talent acquisition strategy, keep business running with good talents 7.?????Initiate competency model set-up for key positions, talent identification, performance assessment and talent development to make sure meet business development 8.?????Formulate annual human resource budget of the company to reasonably control the total human cost 9.?????Provide suggestions on HR strategy and organization set-up to top management 10.??Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, understand business pain point, ?drive changes in business side 11.??Developing strategies that reinforce the employer brand and attract top talent 12.??Initiate and lead HR projects to improve organization efficiency, manpower productivity, employees satisfaction, and employees empowerment ? Requirements: 1.?????Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business and HR related major; 2.?????Have experience in upgrade HR organization and setting-up HR strategy 3.?????Expertise in compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations & recruitment 4.?????Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. 5.?????Agile and smart, enterprising and highly commitment 6.?????Have rich management skills 7.?????Proficient oral and written English skills 8.?????Could accept travelling
